Ok I am just going to name it.
There is an *immense* amount of energy flowing (though at least my community) near and far. It is showing up in various ways. Women making radical nourishing decisions. Women having waves of amazing opportunities flow to them like never before. Women feeling stuck, paralyzed, and then unstuck and in movement. People leaving, downsizing, minimizing their list of commitments left and right. People having deep awakening and embodying moments and shifts. People crying out, feeling, emoting. People getting super distracted, frustrated, anxious. All spectrums and it seems to be just really intense both ways. Even someone close to me, his whole company is experiencing a power outage, hundreds of people not going into the office.
All these shifts and so so much more. I am hearing something from literally almost every single person I know. Literally.
It’s happening. And you are not alone. Shifts, up levels, embodiment, connection to self, movement, chaos, settling. Lots of waves and LOTS of energy movement.
You are not alone in feeling these things. You are not alone in noticing these things. Deep breaths. See what nourishing things you can do for yourself to support this energetic intensity.
