follow the vibe… . ok, so you know when you are feeling super high vibe? In the flow. Activated. Elevated. Switched ON. . Yeahhhhhh . Ahhhhhh . Mmmmmmm . Yum . Do you maximize this time of the month/week/day? —>Think about it. . One of the first clues I had about recognizing my “high vibe” time of the month is my husband pointing out that I was moving the furniture around about once/ month. . And then I noticed it. I would have a time of rest…. followed by a time of almost right-below-the-surface angst... and then a super-high-energy-vibe-burst. . And I used to waste that time on moving the damn furniture. . ….because I actually didn’t know what else to do. I HAD the energy. It NEEDED to be moved through my body. I was completely in creative FLOW, which *demanded* to be expressed. . And here’s the thing. The thing I was missing (this is important)…… . The two energetic shifts right before the “high vibe” time: the time of rest, followed by the random angst. . Those are PART OF THE CYCLE (part of mine anyhow). . First, the time of rest: not just for my body but for all of me: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, energetic. . —>> for someone like me this time is HARD. I generally have high energy and like to “produce”. . —>> don’t get me wrong I also enjoy rest, however, I would have those voices that would try to sabotage my rest time. . So I WAS technically “resting” but I wasn’t FULLY immersed in my resting time because ….the nagging fucking DISRUPTIVE voices…. . And when you are not fully immersed you just aren’t resetting like you should. . Second, the time of angst: So this is a tricky one because well who want to feel yucky angst?…BUT if you learn to lean into this time you can recode it into brilliance! . It’s like the calm before the storm, the spark before the fire, that couple moments right before the mind blowing orgasm where you know it’s coming….so you do this delicate dance of not getting over excited (which could make it premature and then not as epic) but also need to stay completely focused as to not lose it completly. . THAT TIME in your energetic cycle is gold. . That is when you PLAN, daydream, stargaze, make lists, and the hardest of all CONTINUE TO REST. —>> hence where the angst part come in. . However, allowing myself this last day of rest, using it to PLAN what I will do when the high-vibe time comes, makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE. . Cause guess what? . The next day the high vibe hits and I am NOT using my energy to move around the damn furniture. . I am using it instead for epic shit. My creative juices are flowing toward things that are way more important to me. . Now, I encourage you to now notice your energetic flow. . —>You can track your day or a longer set of time like a month (your energetic flow cycle could last a month give or take - it’s unique to you). . I have been noticing this about myself for several years now and it is pretty consistent. And the thing is, once I noticed all of this I stopped feeling that angst! . Now I really rest and go deeper into that time. . ~~>> It’s actually a really *exciting*, *creative* time for me now. ~~>> I mean how COOL is it to KNOW I have stores of high vibe energy coming to me in a day or two and I get to not only continue my time of rest now, but I also get to plan what I will do with that time coming up?!?! .
