My husband is an amazing, excellent man. . He has never hurt a woman, attempted rape, or held a woman’s mouth shut to prevent her from screaming. Never. . Here’s the thing tho. This should be viewed as NORMAL male behavior. To NEVER have harmed a woman. This is an expectation i have of him. And society should as well. . It should IMMEDIATELY be thought horrific and appalling if a man has done so...hurts a woman. Unacceptable!!!! NOT ok. Fucking fucked up. . Rape-y activity is a hell no for men and a hell fucking no for men (and women) who represent our society. . If a teacher at your daughters school raped a teacher and then was put up for the position as superintendent would you be ok with that? . No. . Good news? We can absolutely stop this mindset in ONE generation if we all choose to use our voices RIGHT NOW. Immediately.
