Even just a year ago I was struggling to speak up and receive to get my desires met. I needed to feel appreciated but was afraid to accept praise. A standing ovation was a source of great discomfort even though I also enjoyed it. . I want you to know, whatever they are, your needs are important. Communicating your needs is important. Self-kindness is important. Loving yourself is vital. The road to get there can put you in uncomfortable places and push you further than you imagined. . Today I want to give you permission to speak up in your life. To speak your needs. To claim self love.
